playing musical bunnies

The bunny girls started fighting in the million dollah cage Friday night so we had to separate them. Where else was I going to put mine but the (formerly Zoe's, most recently used as cave and occasional containment by Peeto and Puppet) giant dog kennel/work station (I have 1/2 a sheet of plywood on top...it holds my TV and dvd player, my swift and ball winder are attached to one corner and the front, a vase of spindles in one back corner, all kinds of knitty/spinny shit piled around)?

The dogs are quite confused. Is she one of us? Are we one of her? WTF is she and why won't she share her treats?

(click for big with notes,
ignore the dirt that fell out of Peeto and Puppet's cage liner)
she wants them, she really wants them!

I love having Sofie (yeah, I still like Slipper but I think Sofie won out) down here rather than up in Em's room. I've blocked off access to computer cords and just leave the cage door open so she has free run of the space when I'm down here. The other animals (Peeto, Puppet, Emo kitty) wander in and out and they all seem to be getting along. She likes to hang out around my desk chair. If I sit on the floor, she comes up and puts her front paws on my arm or leg. Awwww.

My big bunny; Benjamin, 'lives' downstairs in nest to his sissy girl, Brie, but... his being my first rabbit, my bubba, I spoil him. he spent yesterday upstairs with me, my dog Bailey and Tii Tii, the world's biggest cat. He loves to hang out and is really well behaved.

But then I feel guilty with lil' Brie downstairs in the basement, all by herself... so Ben goes back to his hutch in the afternoon. I think he worries about Brie, too.
