Northern Michigan Lamb and Wool

We had a blast. We saw our fibery friends...Tracy/Copperpot Woolies, Rita/Yarn Hollow, River's Edge Weaving Studio , Susie/Perchance to Knit (though only in snippets as she worked in the fest office instead of hospitality this year) and Leah/Yarn or a Tale. We also spent time with fellow (local to home) Zombie Prom Date Knitters, Holly and Jax, who followed us up into the wild and wooly north (there was an impromtu ZPDK slumber party and talk of how many ZPDKnitters we could fit in the room) and not-so-local-ZPDKnitter TracyB , who came down from even further north. Jax and Tracy (wow, look at her spin!) and Crystal all learned to spin! Some of us spun by campfire Saturday night. That was very cool.

Sadly, I have no pictures (Em's friend Crystal was the official SpinSanity Spindles photographer and I still haven't given her a disk to transfer pics to). I suck.

Snotty, however, does not suck. She posted with pics. Here.

I came home with 6.5 ounces of oohyummygorgeous type B pygora from Great Lakes Pygora and this fiber...

Will her ears catch up with Em's bunny's?

This one followed Em home
I love Em's bun's dark mask and amazing ears
Fortunately, none of us (buns included) were thrown out of the house on our return.
