This one is the first from my "original" (what I call the ones Peter and I each came into the marriage with, to differentiate) kids. Kait is due around Valentines Day. I started this yesterday...

Yes, it's a Pinwheel Blanket (in CottonEase, violet). Several Sybermoms were knitting them awhile (coupla years?) ago. So what if I'm a little slow on the bandwagon? I've recently come down with the Clap as well (for Kait, who claimed the yarn as her colors as soon as she saw it...I figure it'll make a nice nursing shawl).
