finished...yarn

I finished plying and setting two hanks of the cotton-bamboo I was working on.

It's coming out at 22 wpi. As I was washing it, I kept thinking, "Great, I just made crochet thread." Eh, it's actually much softer than I thought it would be and the pics really don't show off the glow of bamboo against the cotton. I don't know for sure how much yardage I'll end up with. I started out with 4 oz of each but I let Em spin some of the cotton and blended some bamboo into batts before I decided I wanted to spin it for something. Hopefully, I'll have enough to make some sort of rectangular lace shawl.

update: My spider is looking much less angry these days. I'll try to get a new pic up soon.
