Tour de Fleece

Stupid blogger. I had an entire post, hit publish and then view and got an error message.

No more post. Wugh.

I may, or may not, have joined two different Tour de Fleece challenges.

I didn't realize there were two. Ah, well.

I've got 4 oz of deep brown yak fluff (brought back from Gatlinburg this year) that'll grow up to be 2 ply laceweight, with the help of the .5 oz Golding Tsunami that arrived--just in time!--in today's mail.

Day 1:

Yes, I'm cheating on my own spindles. This short stapled fluff needs a fast spin. My spindles are long and even spinning but not quite as fast as I need. I hope they'll understand.
