Abi was home sick all last week. Totally paranoid after last year (virus-->pneumonia-->ER -->taken by ambulance to another hospital-->stay in ped ICU), I took her to the ped. Ped says viral (yeah, that's what they said last time)...fluids, decongestants, rest. Bring her back if she gets worse.

Oh, Em and I want to apologize profusely to Elizabeth, who rode with us to Spinner's Guild on Saturday. We really thought we were just tired from not having our usual sleep-in-Saturday (why is it all the boys in our family are early risers and all the girls would rather stay up late and sleep in?). We didn't realize it was The Plague. Hopefully, you won't get sick. If you do, Constant Comment tea helps. And Sudafed. But not so much Nyquil...what the hell did they do to Nyquil so it doesn't work anymore?

So far I'm good! I'll be keeping my fingers crossed...but then again, I don't often get sick.
