My highschoolers were already gone before I remembered to pull out the camera.
How 'bout a couple of third-graders?
My "babies" really aren't babies anymore.
Excuse me a moment...
WOO HOO!!
*happy dance*
WAH HOO!
They're back to school!!
In celebration, I made sure EVERY cup went into the dishwasher. It's been months since they've all been clean at once. Then I cleaned the livingroom--total dust, slip covers washed and replaced, carpet steam cleaned. Then I went to the car dealer to get my car all legal. I have a brand new battery, a shiny new key (Peter thinks it's for him, HA! Like I'd share my new car?) and ditched the dealer plate.
Today, I knit. And maybe work on some spindles. Maybe even a nap.
I might need to clean my desk first. ~insert sound of shuffling papers, Game Boy, camera, stapler, several remotes, spindles, Brownie Scout patches, hot pink mohair locks (so THAT's where those went!)~ The Monkeys are on here...somewhere.

Do you all go to Riverside? That's where we are this year, and so far, I'm pretty impressed (except for the medical form that they didn't give me--oh well).
Btw, one of my best friends loves Saturns. Loves them. Always swears by them and says they're the best car ever. I'd bet you could load that engine with a ton of miles.
I happy danced all the way to the...bookstore, bakery, haircut place, Target!!! Awwwh yeah!
